Hey,My name is Monika. When I started this journey with Fit n Slim, I was very underweight and had so many health challenges in my body like body pain, constant headaches and many digestion problems along with it. When I improved my health with fit n slim I gained 17 kgs of my weight and today, despite being a mother of two boys, I feel very strong in my body and I also helped my family a lot and I am proud today. So, with fit n slim i can also help so many families as the best diet and lifestyle.

My Story with FIT N SLIM
Hey, My Name is Dignesh I started this mission which is called FIT N SLIM in 2014 when I was working, and due to my lousy lifestyle I started having many health problems like gas, acidity, indigestion, fatigue, and skin dryness, I could not focus on any work and gained too much weight and I became 102 kg.
Then on the advice of many of my friends and family, I tried a lot to reduce my weight like starting to going to the gym, yoga, fasting, and trying many types of diets but all were unsuccessful when I understood the mechanism of our body then I reduced my weight by 16 kg and all the health problems in my body got better.
Then I resolved that many families with health problems like mine in this world will be those who want to do good and I have taken a mission that I want to give a good and healthy life to 5000 families by 2025 which mission I have completed. And my next mission is to reach 10000+ families by 2030 and I want to contribute to improving their health.

My Philosophy
I believe in a realistic, sustainable approach to weight loss and healthy living—one that fits into your lifestyle without extreme restrictions or fad diets. My goal is to educate, empower, and inspire you to make choices that support your long-term health while still enjoying the foods you love.
